Investor’s “One-stop Service”, with designated personnel assisting with investment plans in Macao
IPIM is committed to providing all-around assistance for enterprises/individuals interested in investing and expanding business in Macao through the “One-stop Service”, which covers prior preparation, project execution and subsequent follow-up, in order to build Macao into an ideal city where investors can quickly launch and effectively sustain businesses.
Prior preparation (intention to invest):
Investors are introduced to Macao’s investment environment and the advantages of doing business in Macao.
Prior technical meetings with investors will be arranged for effective preparation.
Meetings with legal, engineering and other professional sectors, as well as business matching sessions with chambers of commerce and relevant organisations will be arranged for investors to gain further market information.
Project Execution (business quick launch)
Assistance will be provided throughout the process of investment project implementation in Macao via cross-departmental co-operation and coordination, covering all necessary administrative procedures including the business incorporation and registration.
The function of the Investment Committee will be optimised, including speeding up the processing of projects and streamlining the procedures to free service users from repeatedly submitting documents to government departments.
Subsequent follow-up (effective sustaining of business)
Close attention will be given to the operation and development direction of enterprises after their establishment, and the tracking mechanism for key enterprises and projects will be employed.
Business matching sessions with local enterprises will be held for service users to have more business negotiations and expedite the establishment of business connections with the local market to yield more gratifying results of the project.
Extended assistance for enterprises to expand their business outside of Macao is available, including the Facilitation Services for Commercial Registration in Nine Cities of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, organising or co-organising thematic workshops and exchange sessions.
